I believe life is a learning experience and we can all learn to live a better life by detaching from unnecessary suffering. Much suffering stems from unconscious or conscious memory traces that can be either extinguished or reprocessed so that they no longer trigger unnecessary emotional responses. To do this I use EMDR and IFS integration as well as hypnotherapy. I like to work with adults, adolescents, couples, and/or families in individual, family, and group settings using teletherapy to improve functioning, alleviating behavioral problems, and/or mental/emotional difficulties.
