Schedule a session: mindfulrestoration.as.me/ I use an integrated and solution-focused approach when providing therapy to my clients, which involves assessing if a client has co-morbid issues such as diabetes and depression or chronic pain and anxiety. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and personality disorders, i.e., borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorders, trauma, sexual abuse, self-esteem issues, PTSD, clients dealing with adjustment problems, grief & loss, and work-related stressors. I also provide supervision. Additional treatment modalities that I use include mindfulness practice, dialectal behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. In addition to providing services to the civilian population, I also have experience working with the military community to include Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, and Veterans.
