Pain is inevitable in life, but does need to stop us from living fully and meaningfully. Through therapy I aim to help those I work with live deeper, happier lives with more balance and fulfillment. I believe that a strong, supportive relationship between the therapist and client is a fundamental factor in treatment. I see therapy as a collaborative process and empower those I work with to help direct the course of treatment. Additionally, I take a holistic view that includes attending to societal power structures that can contribute to and exacerbate the difficulties people face.
