Stephanie has worked in various therapeutic roles since 1995, addressing anxiety, trauma, depression, relational conflict, health issues, and supporting people through life transitions and difficult times. Together, we'll explore your experiences, symptoms, thoughts, emotions, and relationships to best understand and support your healing. Our sessions can help you to cultivate the life you long to live, with healthy coping and relationships alongside self-love and acceptance. Stephanie also deeply values the human relationship with nature, focusing on the healing effects of nature-based experiences.
