Welcome, and thank you for considering my counseling services! I'm truly grateful you're here. Counseling is my “encore career”—a meaningful next chapter following a dynamic and fulfilling journey in Human Resources, both in the U.S. and abroad. While HR gave incredible insights into people and organizations, my heart has always been drawn to the deeper work of personal growth and healing. Now, with many years of experience as a counselor, I’m thrilled to be doing what I love every day. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal oriented. I believe that real change happens when clients discover their own insights, I often use a whiteboard during sessions—it’s a simple but powerful tool that helps us visually map out challenges and brainstorm solutions together. Many of my clients find this method especially helpful, and it keeps our work interactive and engaging.
