Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, relationship difficulties (including "dating stress"), or life stresses, I always try to find what will be the most effective way to help you achieve your goals and live a happier, authentic, life. My orientation is interpersonal, psychodynamic and emotionally focused.I am very active in the therapy relationship and work hard to help clients uncover the dysfunctional patterns that get in the way of genuine, healthy relationships, career goals and personal happiness.
