I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a 22-year veteran of the United States Air Force whose passion is to provide mental and emotional restoration, empower, and assist you to regain your strength and identity, your voice, and your passion for living displaced as a result of fear and anxiety, low-self-esteem, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse/violence, depression, and grief. As an adjunct faculty who has taught undergraduate and graduate students, I tend to include psycho-education as part of my practice, thereby arming you with useful information, enabling you to make informed decisions about your mental health.
