The foundation of my work as a therapist is the knowledge that attunement in a therapeutic relationship helps people make lasting positive changes in their lives. We are all entitled to happiness, and to live with meaning and purpose. I work with my clients in partnership as we define personal strengths and rediscover their authentic Self. My clients are people who have struggled with a myriad of challenges. My philosophy is that these challenges do not define who you are. I do not treat depression or anxiety. I work with people who struggle with relational patterns that result in depression and anxiety, and want to change.
