I use a client centered approach to support individuals, couples, and families. Shouldn't all approaches be client centered? The short answer is YES! The term "client centered" refers to a counseling technique. It means that I welcome you into the process as the unique individual that you are. You enter the counseling relationship with your own perspective, based on your life history and relationship experiences. Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I will work together with you to identify the strategies that best support your specific goals for therapy with an emphasis on goal driven, cognitive-behavioral approaches.
