I have been working with adults and couples for over 35 years. I offer a compassionate approach to self exploration and deep transformation. I have extensive training and education in many different modalities including cognitive behavioral work, solution focused therapy, conflict resolution, couple's therapy, working through trauma and PTSD, treating fears and anxieties, depression, grief and loss, inner child work, dream work, and depth psychology. Because of the many years I have been in practice, I am able to utilize a broad range of approaches and together we will design a therapeutic approach which will best meet your needs.
