I help people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma and stress. I am a psychologist and licensed professional counselor with over 25 years experience working with adult clients. Through the therapeutic alliance we will find ways to cope with life’s uncertainties to reduce emotional pain and suffering. Focus will be on the here and now with a glance at the past.
