I am a clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and OCD using EMDR, CPT, CBT, ERP, and other evidence-based treatments. As an Asian-American child of immigrants, I take special care to thoroughly explore ways in which your childhood, upbringing, family of origin, and culture contribute to your mental health. I believe that each individual is unique, so your therapy journey also has to be tailored to you.
