My name is Dr. Tammy and I believe in the power of awareness of the whole self. I work well with individuals who feel stagnant in life, are experiencing major life transitions, or may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or grief. I am a professional counselor and life coach specializing in performance coaching and Christian counseling. I help clients make purpose-driven choices and identify how their own thoughts and beliefs impact their behaviors. I focus on building self-confidence, inspiring change, and improving overall wellness. I see the client as the leader in their journey so that you are comfortable every step of the way. My goal is to push you toward greatness of mind, body, and spirit. I provide a safe place for you to share your experiences. My therapeutic style is a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and coaching. I am reassuring and nonjudgmental but objective and will confront discrepancies in your goals and your actions.
