I’m a trauma-informed, psychodynamically oriented therapist who works with people navigating grief, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and the long-lasting effects of early childhood trauma. I help my clients understand how early family dynamics continue to impact them and hold them back. I offer a calm, collaborative space to explore what’s painful, what’s missing, and what's possible. Together we’ll slow down and listen—not just to your thoughts, but to emotional patterns, relational wounds, and the parts that long for understanding. I blend insight-based exploration with practical tools from EMDR (for trauma resolution) and DBT (for emotional regulation and distress tolerance). I also draw from mindfullness and attachment theory.
