With over 25 years of experience in behavioral health, I offer individual and group therapy for teens, adults, and families. I specialize in substance use, addiction, and co-occurring disorders, including trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I strive to build warm, trusting relationships where clients feel safe and supported. Together, we’ll identify underlying challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward lasting growth and improved quality of life. I’m a doctoral-level clinician, Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor, and Certified Trauma Professional. Using a humanistic, client-centered approach, I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and Positive Psychology to help clients heal, grow, and build lasting resilience and well-being.
