I am a licensed psychotherapist in Michigan and Arizona with 20 years of mental health experience. I work with teenagers and adults. I am trained in several evidence-based practices and enjoy working with individuals seeking care specific to depression, PTSD, relationship issues, self-esteem, confidence, and trauma and abuse.
