Hello and welcome! I started my practice to help people overcome and recover from grief and loss, trauma and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach allows negative or problem situations to transform into positive solutions. I am a certified grief recovery specialist and also work with pet loss, relationship endings and life transitions. I enter each therapy session with sincerity and compassion and will work with you to develop a plan for reaching your goals.
