My ideal client is someone who has been carrying a lot emotionally, mentally, and often quietly. They may be navigating trauma, chronic stress, parenting challenges, maternal or parental mental health concerns, or the long-term impact of systems that were not designed to support them. They are often strong, capable, and responsible for others, yet feel exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed beneath the surface. What they want most is not to be “fixed,” but to feel safe, understood, and supported as they make sense of their experiences and move toward healing, stability, and growth.
