Here at Divergent Shades, we believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery. Some clients may begin therapy with a set of goals in mind, and together we begin the work and modify or add as the journey evolves. For other clients, there may be a vague sense of dissatisfaction or discontent but no clear understanding of what needs to happen or change in order to elevate to a deeper sense of calm and contentment. Together, we will uncover what needs to evolve and set goals accordingly. We are passionate about helping my clients discover and nurture their true, authentic selves from which to build meaningful relationships. We work with adolescents and adult and specialize in mood disorders and anxiety as well as neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD and Autism. We also offer thorough psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
