I help adults recover from a variety of mental health conditions and stressors in order to pursue a sense of purpose and meaningful relationships, as well as interests through talk therapy and evidence-based treatments. While some clients have been prescribed medication to help, human beings are comprised of a complex array of thoughts, feelings, and perceptions that often get overlooked when focusing on a medication only approach to treatment.
