This journey through life can be very challenging. At times we need help navigating the path. I am here to help you. While I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities, the counseling approach I use with a given client is determined by that client's preferences and personal goals, as well as the nature of the issue being addressed. All approaches used will incorporate a strengths-based, client-centered focus that seeks to enhance the client's level of motivation for personal growth and change. I provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment in which my clients can explore the issues and challenges they face.
