I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and strengthen their well-being. At Main Street Psychology, our primary clinical focus is solution-focused treatment for anxiety, depression, adjustment, bereavement, coping with physical illness and sleep difficulty. An additional passion of Dr. Christian's is the unique behavioral health needs of individuals throughout adulthood. Dr. Christian offers focused individualized care for the unique changes women and men face, physically and emotionally, during different stages of their adult life.
