Life is dynamic and full of challenges, and sometimes we are presented with difficulties that we do not feel equipped to handle. Major life concerns, relationship issues, or old patterns can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about how to move forward. I have come to the belief that much of our unhappiness comes from "not knowing." When we lack information about how to have healthy relationships, how to cope with adversity, or how to survive and thrive in the world, it can lead us down paths we never intended to journey.
