My counseling is based on listening to you, using a combination of the tools that you have developed and the tools that I have learned, from my studies and throughout life. We work together toward the goals of gaining understanding, clarity, direction, and growth, allowing for more enjoyment in your life. I am committed to help you meet those goals. I have success working with clients, reducing conflict, increasing communication and enhancing the enjoyment of their relationships. I help my clients alleviate the stress and anxiety they are experiencing in their life. I provide coping skills to help you navigate in a positive manner through the issues and events that can occur in daily living.
