I'm a board-certified MD with a passion for chronic pain rehab, as well as diagnosis and treatment of other psychophysiologic conditions. This work is based around a cutting-edge paradigm which draws on the role of the brain and nervous system in regulating the state of the body. The felt sense of threat vs safety underlies changes in the nervous system, from which chronic pain, migraines, anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, long COVID and many other syndromes can arise, perpetuated by heightened sensitivity and distorted perception.
