I specialize in Pain Psychology, healing Chronic Pain and Chronic Illnesses. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, values- and mindfulness-based therapies and informed by a biopsychosocial model of care. I integrate principles from contextual behavioral science and Eastern philosophy to support holistic healing, resilience, and meaningful lifestyle behavioral changes. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Western Michigan University and my BA from the University of Michigan.
