I want to empower my clients to see the good in themselves and recognize their personal growth. I often describe life as being like a heart monitor. The peaks and valleys represent the ups and downs we all experience. Those fluctuations show that the heart, and life, are active and full of meaning. A flat line, on the other hand, means no movement or life. I want my clients to understand that life’s highs and lows are natural, and within them lies the opportunity to find stability, peace, and purpose along their journey.
