Anyone can get "stuck" once in a while. Stuck on worries that won't ease up, actions that are unproductive or harmful, symptoms that are distracting (or worse), or situations that keep them from moving forward. I can work with you to help you get "unstuck." I work with adults who are seeking help for a variety of reasons, from those struggling with temporary setbacks to those with more persistent and severe mental health needs.
