Finding the ‘right’ therapist can be tough, and it’s important that you feel a strong connection with that person! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and my practice focuses on the following areas: (1) OCD, anxiety, and perfectionism; (2) LGBTQ+ issues, such as internalized homophobia, the coming out process, open relationships, non-monogamy, and building healthy gay community connections; and (3) skill training in interpersonal effectiveness, assertiveness, communication, and boundary-setting. At this time, I am accepting new clients for individual therapy only.
