I have over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health, working with children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, geriatric, and substance abuse populations. I have worked in many professional settings: hospitals, clinics, homes, schools, and juvenile and adult correctional facility. All of my previous experiences in counseling and the diversity in the population served has prepared me to help you with your current needs and goals. My training includes Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Aggression Replacement Training, and Complex Trauma in Children and Adolescents. My goal is help you transform your life through renewing hope. My training allows me to assist you with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, behavior problems in adolescents, geriatric, crisis situations, marital problems and family counseling. My goal is to meet you where you are.
