Telling your story takes tremendous courage. I am constantly humbled and honored to witness those stories. As a psychologist I work from the premise that people are deeply complex and multilayered beings. Our past, our present, and expectations of our future dictate how we navigate life's inevitable challenges. I believe that every person has the ability to have a meaningful, fulfilling life given the right tools and support. Our work will be collaborative and rooted in my genuine care and respect for you as a person. I am professional while also being human. I am ethical while also being personable. I am serious while also using a lot of humor in sessions when appropriate. I promise you I will do whatever I can to support your growth and change, and/or help you find the resources you need.
