Welcome, and thank you for taking this first step toward growth. I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to connecting with you. I work with adults, couples, children, and families to address challenges such as communication, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and parenting concerns. I am a licensed psychologist, licensed marriage and family therapist, and international divorce and co-parenting coach. I am Level II trained in the Gottman Method, which I use extensively with couples. With over 20 years of experience, I help clients find clarity, heal from difficulties, and build healthier relationships. I have been working with adults, couples, children and families for over 20 years. My clients are learning to master such issues as overcoming depression; trauma recovery; anxiety reduction; managing existential and identity issues, reducing stress, controlling anger, estrangement from family; career changes; marital infidelity; and parenting challenges.
