I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with a Doctorate and a master’s degree in clinical social work. I have experience working with adults and veterans within clinical inpatient and outpatient mental health settings and over 27 years of experience diagnosing and treating clients who have trauma experience. I employ a strengths-based client-centered perspective utilizing mindfulness psychotherapy and the whole health model to empower clients and emphasize a balance between the mind, body, and spirit, which promotes wellness.
