I have 34 years of experience helping adults with many different issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues and grief. We work together to meet your goals. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you. I know reaching out for help is often difficult. I work with addictions and have worked in detox and outpatient. I have worked at an EAP on Wall Street working with all types of issues. I also am trained in family systems therapy, and am a Level 3 certified Gottman marriage therapist & also Terry Real(RLT) couples certified. I have extensive experience with Autism and Neurodivergent couples.
