Especially when experiencing anxiety, depression and/or loss. I believe you are ultimately the expert of your own life, but there are times when each of us (me included) can benefit from added support. As your therapist, I will partner with you in an active and non-judgmental way to help you achieve your identified goals. If you're not even sure what those are, that's okay too.
