We welcome first responders such as doctors, nurses, social workers, therapists, teachers, and caregivers; as compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, burnout, and guilt often plague this population. We have a passion for working with individuals who need nonjudgmental support and encouragement to work through past trauma and current barriers to achieve their goals. We all need someone to talk to at some point in our lives. We desire to be change agents and do our part to make this world a better place. Our compassionate and dedicated therapists are committed to helping individuals and families achieve their goals. Our trauma informed team specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, compassion fatigue, grief, and other mental health or behavioral concerns.
