My goal is to assist clients to breakthrough trauma that has frozen them in the past. I have a wide variety of tools available to get you to your goal in the fastest amount of time with the least amount of pain. I offer traditional office psychotherapy with a specialty in trauma resolution. I use hypnosis, life coaching skills and even Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to help you identify what the problem truly is and what part you are playing in it.
