Welcome! I offer online therapy for clients who may feel more comfortable attending therapy via their phone/computer. As a marriage and family therapist, I collaborate with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to give my clients the space to process while also helping them reach their goals. I work with clients and their families dealing with a variety of mental health and interpersonal issues. Most common concerns that I work with is anxiety, depression, and communication concerns in a relationship. I also offer clinical supervision. I am an AAMFT approved supervisor with 7 years of experience. My supervision is rooted in a collaborative and supporting approach.
