I specialize in working with first responders, including law enforcement, fire personnel, EMS, as well as veterans and current military personnel. First responders often deal with a wide variety of occupational stressors, that often impact many areas of their life. Sometimes, those stressors can cause trauma responses, depression, anxiety, and marital/family issues, among others. I focus on helping first responders manage their stress levels and decrease any symptoms they may be experiencing, while also creating a life worth living.
