The comprehension of our the most genuine and organic aspects of ourselves is at the core of successful psychotherapy. I believe that much of what disturbs us takes place at a level below the surface that is difficult to enter. A secure and non-judgmental relationship between the therapist and the patient in the present moment offers powerful opportunities for such progress to take place. Uncovering how the past has impacted the present is paramount to enriching therapy. Being in private practice, my schedule is flexible and allows me to schedule patients in the morning and evenings.
