Hello. I am a licensed social worker in Virginia, Alabama and Maryland. I received my bachelor's degree from Jackson State University and continued my education at Norfolk State University to obtain my master's degree. I have helped people navigate some of their most challenging traumatic experiences in the areas of sexual assault, abuse, bullying, parenting, and domestic/family violence. My other areas of focus have been work-related burnout, stress management, anger management, meditation, parenting, couples communications, school issues, home health, foster care, medication management, and depression.
