If you are motivated to understand yourself better, navigate a life transition, or find deeper insight into symptoms or repeating patterns, then you have come to the right place. I have a holistic approach to treatment that takes into account your personal strengths, values, and what drives and inspires you to feel better. Communities I've specialized in include physicians, military, and first responders. That being said, in my private practice I work with adults from all walks of life, many of whom identify as "not normally needing help".
