My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and respect – because your unique experiences and challenges deserve to be met with warmth and acceptance. I have a special interest in working with athletes, first responders (and their families), and new mothers navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood. My personal experiences as a former athlete and the child of a First Responder have fostered a deep understanding of the unique pressures and demands these roles can bring.
