In my office I offer clients a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where issues can be successfully addressed and resolved. But it is only with the client's effort and desire to change that psychotherapy is most successuful. Through the years, I have found that a direct approach in therapy is most valuable as it allows us both to target those beliefs and behaviors which may require change.
