Dr. Wairimu Mutai is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She earned her Doctoral Degree in Counselor Ed & Supervision from Kent State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University, both in the state of Ohio. She has worked as a therapist with individuals and families across the lifespan, including immigrants and incarcerated teens. She has specialized training in couples therapy and works from a Developmental Model approach.
