Finding the right psychologist is the most important part of the therapeutic process. What might be right for one might not be right for another. In addition to being a licensed Psychologist, I have received additional training in EMDR therapy for trauma as well as non-opiate approaches to pain management. I have worked with individuals seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction as well as couples and families. I have also worked with individuals who are just looking to navigate the storm, short term therapy to see them through a specific challenge or to gain insight and a new perspective on what may be a long standing issue.
