This is not about fixing—it’s about remembering, aligning, and letting what is real move through you. Breath, art, music, and lived initiation become the compass back to the truth you’ve always carried. I offer deep, relational therapy for youth, adults, and parents navigating transition, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and spiritual emergence. My work is unorthodox, soulful, and rooted in consciousness, systems thinking, and humanistic care.
