Using weekly psychotherapy and evidenced-based therapy modalities tailored to fit you, we can work together on concerns including stress, life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I also treat women's health concerns including peri-partum and peri-menopausal depression and anxiety. I use a whole-person approach to care and stay up-to-date on how stress and trauma affect our body, mood, perspectives, and relationships. To keep decisions about your care between you and your doctor, New Directions Psychiatry PLLC is private pay does not take insurance. I treat adults only. Please see my website for details and current fees. I offer a range of therapies including psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, and integrative therapy. For some patients, I also offer the option for medication as part of treatment for certain symptoms and conditions. My practice is therapy-focused, but because I have formal training in both therapy and medication, we can discuss all of your treatment options.
