I appreciate your interest in and visiting the Griffin-Lyons Counseling site. My name is Dr. Willie Boddie, and I have been practicing clinical social work in central Kentucky since 2000. I have also worked with the LBGTQ+ community, particularly in HIV/AIDS prevention and education, addressing associated mental health factors that accompany HIV disease, including trauma-related challenges. I provide trauma-informed mental health care to adults through telehealth and in-person sessions to minimize anxiety and depression symptoms frequently associated with adverse experiences or living with HIV disease.
