Dr. Yakov Semenov completed his medical training at Russian State Medical University and had been practicing psychiatry in Russia at first, then came to the US and completed psychiatry residency training at The University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Semenov uses an integrative approach in the treatment of psychiatric and psychological problems with a combination of individual psychotherapy, healthy modifications in a lifestyle, and medications management.
